Does India Need Specific Law Preventing Sexual Harassment for #Men#?

This a fit argument to raise in 21st century for equality of gender. Thus, the answer of above question should be #Yes#.

Author: Pallav Chopra has raised a very important issue that is a man face sexual harassment at or outside work place?

Yes, these days it has been observed that female employer are harassing their male co-employees or workers at workplace or outside.

It is very important to note that Sexual Harassment not only just linked with sexual favours, but passing sexual comments, actions and taunting at work-place will also be considered as sexual harassment.

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is a legislative act in India that seeks to protect women from sexual harassment at their place of work. But this act nowhere talks about sexual harassment of a male. In this modern era of working this act needs to be change. POSH act must be the gender-neutral act, which provides protection to all the genders.
