Noting the difficulties involved in physical meetings due to Covid-19 and the lockdown Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020 allows Companies to hold their Annual General Meeting (AGM) through video conferencing (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM) with a view to provide larger participation and for curbing costs.
